Whether you are new to trading or are an old hand at the game, come and see what our fair has to offer.

Those of you that have met Dee (the organiser) will know that she likes a “happy ship” and will go “overboard” to do her best to accommodate you and your individual needs.

We do not charge extra for electrics if needed if indoor pitches.

We do not charge for tables or chairs.

You are welcome to bring your own tables.

Table hire for outdoor stalls is not available.

No hidden charges.

Now down to the basics:

When booking for the first time, please give us an outline of what you sell as this enables us to allocate you a stall to your best advantage, this works better for you and for the fair so let us know if you use tables or rails or any other specific requirements like electrics for your stall.

The tables are in imperial measurements of 6ft x 3ft we offer stalls in ft and inches to keep it simple.

We can provide hire tables where required 1x with a 6ft pitch, 2 x with a 12ft pitch etc. Where an extra table can be fitted in we will advise you and add a table if needed so you can maximise your space.

Please Note: Henfield is an indoor fair though we can accomodate outdoor pitches at the July event without electrics, and you will need to supply your own gazebo/marquee/furniture and we cannot be held responsible for inclement weather.

Extra space needed on the day? Although we will do our best to accommodate you where possible, please be realistic in booking the size best suited to your stock needs, as if extra space is then needed on set up, this cannot always be guaranteed, and we hate to disappoint you.

FREE Parking for visitors and traders. Please park far end of car park once unloaded to assist the smooth running of the event, allow Classic to park closest to the front and so maximise the visitor parking to assist your sales.
There is an additional car park within a short walking distance.

Trading Terms & Conditions

To keep it fair to everyone we ask that you work within the ethos of the fair, our rules are not there to be broken but there for the benefit of all attending the fair.

We require your name, trade name, address, phone number, and email.

What do you sell? This is a themed event, hence we request an outline of what you are selling before booking. Should this vary to what you have advised, we reserve the right to cancel your stall on the day without refund.

Any individual items deemed unsuitable for the fair must be removed immediately at the request of the organiser. i.e. not fair themed, unsuitable over 18 products, anything deemed offensive etc.

Set Up – We set up from 9am on Sunday and the venue must be vacated by 18.30pm.

By booking with us you are agreeing to trade 11 am- 5pm both days. Anyone packing up early will be refused rebooking.

You may start to pack up from 4pm Sunday but if moving your vehicle to load please be aware of visitors on site as the responsibility is yours.

We request you do not park over any exits whilst loading/unloading and keep fire exits clear at all times inside and out. Please park where directed for the duration of the fair.

Payment – No booking/space allocated is confirmed until payment is made in full.

N.B. Stalls are not refundable.

You must provide your own traders insurance. Please bring a copy with you or submit this with your booking form.

We provide tables and chairs,and where applicable access to a power point.
Please provide your own tablecloths and extension leads.

We also do not allow photos of items for sale at the fair and these will be removed if seen as this is unfair to our paying traders. If you want to sell at the fair – book a stall!

All stalls are sold on a first come, first served basis – so if you have a preferred pitch please book asap for the next event. Booking starts as we announce new dates.
