Where can I buy tickets?

Tickets are always available on the door either day.

If you prefer to prebook, please contact us for available options.

Are there any concessions?

OAP – All our visitors are young at heart so there is no discount at the door.

CHILDREN £3 entry age 2 – 12. No further discount applies.

DISABLED If you are disabled and need a carer to escort you, then your carer will be given free admission.

Is there free parking and/or disabled parking/access?

Both venues have free parking for visitors. Disabled parking is available, please ask at the main gate to before parking at Brighton. At Chessington, please come to the college gates so we can assist you.

We will direct you to a parking space in the best available position at the time but please feel free to contact us ahead of your visit to discuss your needs.

All halls used are accessible via ramp and/or lift.

Do you allow same day readmission?

Yes, please ask before leaving so we can give you a wristband.

Is there a group booking discount?

Group discounts can be given for parties of 20+

Please contact us with your requirements and we will be happy to accommodate you with a prepaid  group booking discount.

Is there a ATM nearby?

Chessington

There are no ATM facilities within easy walking distance of the fair.

The nearest available is within Chessington South Station or a short drive away.

Brighton

There is a Link machine situated in the Grandstand Hall.

 We recommend you bring enough cash for your purchases to avoid disappointment.

Are there local camping facilities?

Not on site at either venue but please see below.

Are there Jukeboxes for sale?

Yes of course! We have lots of jukeboxes for sale….

Are dogs allowed?

Sorry as this is an indoor fair we do not allow dogs of any size, as much for their safety as for ours.

Do you offer trade or early bird admission?

Sorry no we don’t. The fair starts at 10am for everyone traders and visitors alike.

Can you recommend a hotel/place to stay?

As needs vary, the best advise we can give is to use the www.visitbrighton.com website re hotels etc in Brighton as this is a fabulous website with choices to suit everyones needs.

If Chessington, there are local Premier Inns/Holiday Inns, use postcode KT92JS to find the nearest available via their websites.

What times are the bands on?

We arrange all our band sets so they play alternately throughout the day to give you the best chance to see them all.

If you have lost/mislaid anything at the fair please notify the reception team and leave your contact details.
