We have been asked by a few people what we are doing at the Jukebox & Retro Fair at Ardingly to comply with the government guidelines.

Firstly, we have changed the venue to enable more outside space so you can mingle at a safe distance.

We will require YOU to use hand gel upon entry.

We will require YOU to wear a facemask whilst shopping in the indoor area unless you are exempt from doing so.

We need to implement track & trace for all visitors so please leave details with our reception team. The lead person of any party can do this for the others, you will be the main point of contact. The track and trace info will be destroyed after 21 days and not passed to any third party.

At the tea room, please use hand gel, keep your mask on until you are seated ready to eat and drink. We would be grateful if you can clear your table after use please so we can clean quickly for the next customer. Thank you.

We request that you maintain social distancing from others whilst dancing, shopping, or queueing for drinks/food

There will be hand gel available throughout the fair, please use it, especially at food areas, after using toilets etc

At all times please remain respectful to those around you with or without facemasks.
