TRADERS TERMS & CONDITIONSadmin

In booking with us you are entering into a contract with us and the following shall apply:

The fair is open 10am – 5pm both days. You are required to trade between these times in full. Outdoor pitches may continue to trade until closing.

If you need to restock items this must be done outside of fair trading times between 8.30 – 9.30 Saturday, 9.00am – 9.30 am Sunday.

No stall is considered booked without the following:

  1. An email to confirm your pitch and price and size agreed.
  2. Payment received in full.

All payments made are non refundable, though in exceptional circumstances we will consider re-booking your stall (in full or in part) to a later event should you need to cancel. This is dependent on whether or not we can resell your allotted space and enough notice is given. This is at management discretion only. We reserve the right to make deductions for admin costs and advertising of your stall from any refund.

No stalls will be reserved without payment in full.

All traders must have their own insurance to cover their own stock plus third party cover. This must be made available to view on request or can be emailed in advance for our files if you prefer.

Dee Steed, Psychic Fairs UK Ltd, Chessington School/Chessington Sports Centre cannot be held responsibly for any lost or damaged stock whilst attending our fairs. Basic Health & Safety

Electrical cables used must be safely secured to ensure there are no trip hazards and PAT tested.

We allow for a slow pack up from 4pm on Sunday but there is to be no movement of stock or vehicles whilst the fair is still open to the public without prior discussion with our logistics manager Joe Steed. You will find him at the front gate of the venue or ask reception to radio for him.

If you need to move any larger items such as jukeboxes during the fair due to sales, please ask for staff assistance before movement. Please ask at reception or any of our team patrolling the fair who will assess the situation.

We reserve the right to cease any such action should we deem your actions are a risk to our staff, visitors or the venue.

Please ensure that any waste from your stall is left safely and tidily for us to clear at the end of the event.

If there is any broken glass to clear before, during or after the fair please notify us immediately.
